The Senior Recruiter — Engineering is the dedicated Talent Acquisition point of contact for DRMP’s Engineering business units. You will own the BU relationship end to end — from req intake through close — while setting sourcing strategy and coordinating execution with the Recruiter on your track. This is a high-volume, full‑cycle role carrying a blended req load of fifteen to twenty active requisitions across senior, mid‑level, and entry‑level engineering positions.
