We are looking for a talented Senior Recruiter to join our high-performance talent acquisition team. You will partner with hiring managers across Customer Success and G&A to attract, qualify, and hire top talent. The Senior Recruiter manages requisitions, prioritizes tasks, and closes positions efficiently while providing a world-class candidate experience.

Responsibilities

1. Partner with the business and Talent Acquisition team to attract, qualify, and hire top talent for Customer Success and G&A functions.
2. Cultivate relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance recruitment effectiveness.
3. Build and maintain talent pipelines through LinkedIn sourcing and candidate nurturing.
4. Manage the recruitment process from intake to hire, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
5. Conduct interviews assessing professional and cultural fit, advising hiring decisions.
6. Maintain accurate candidate data in Greenhouse ATS.
7. Represent JFrog’s culture and values as an employer of choice.
8. Contribute to initiatives that improve talent attraction and engagement.

Qualifications

1. BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
2. 8+ years of full lifecycle recruitment experience, preferably in tech/start-up environments.
3. Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing tools for passive talent engagement.
4. Strong relationship-building skills at all organizational levels.
5. Proven ability to develop talent pipelines for various roles and levels.
6. Ability to assess candidates for professional and cultural fit.
7. Track record of meeting deadlines and recruitment goals.
8. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset.
9. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and detail-oriented skills.
10. Experience working in a fast-paced, hyper-growth tech environment.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary range: $150,000 - $180,000, based on skills, experience, and location.
• Equity package of RSUs and eligibility for Employee Stock Purchase Plan.

• Hybrid work model: 4 days in-office, 1 day remote.
