Job summary

A leading recruitment firm seeks a Senior Recruiter for a fully remote position. You will lead recruitment efforts, manage end-to-end processes, and partner with hiring managers. Candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry. Familiarity with ATS systems is a plus.
