The Role

The Senior Recruiter will manage our full-cycle recruitment process, while championing the use of innovative, AI-driven strategies to elevate both candidate and hiring manager experience. This role requires a proactive recruiter who will integrate the latest tools and automation capabilities into every stage of recruitment, ensuring efficient and data informed decision making. By collaborating closely with hiring leaders and stakeholders, you’ll help resolve challenges and pioneer new solutions throughout the hiring journey.

Work Location

This is a remote opportunity open to candidates located anywhere in the U.S.

This is a full-time, temporary position with an assignment lasting up to six months.

The Main Responsibilities

  • Partner with leadership to understand business priorities, anticipate talent needs, and help shape workforce planning, leveraging AI analytics for deeper insights.

  • Build and maintain a robust network of contacts, utilizing AI-driven platforms, social recruiting tools, and innovative technologies to source both active and passive candidates.

  • Oversee the selection process—including postings, applications, candidate screening, interviewing, and reference checks.

  • Demonstrate the ability to recruit on a national, multi-location scale, optimizing results with AI-enabled market intelligence and talent mapping.

  • Take a self-directed, highly organized approach to completing time-sensitive assignments, leveraging AI to prioritize tasks and streamline daily workflows for greater efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Background in telecommunications and technology is strongly preferred, as is a passion for applying forward-thinking digital solutions.

  • Go to Market Recruitment Experience strongly preferred

  • Demonstrated success in sourcing talent with the ability to engage passive candidates using AI-powered sourcing and engagement platforms.

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.

  • Proven ability to leverage artificial intelligence and automation to enhance decision-making, drive continuous improvement, and deliver outstanding results across recruitment and operational processes.

  • A visionary mindset, eager to stay ahead of industry trends and proactively adopt new technologies that transform traditional recruitment practices.

Compensation

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

Location Based Pay Ranges:

$66,375 - $88,500 in these states: AL, AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, ME, MO, MS, MT, ND, NE, NM, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, UT, VT, WI, WV, and WY.

$69,694 - $92,925 in these states: CO, HI, MI, MN, NC, NH, NV, OR, and RI.

$73,013 - $97,350 in these states: AK, CA, CT, DC, DE, IL, MA, MD, NJ, NY, TX, VA, and WA.
