The Role

We are seeking a strategic and hands‑on Senior Recruiter to drive our hiring strategy and recruiting execution. We're looking for an experienced recruiter who thrives in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments to join this hybrid role in Cambridge, MA, partnering directly with our Executive Leadership team on hiring.

You will own full‑cycle recruiting for high‑priority roles, lead employer branding initiatives, manage our ATS, and oversee recruiting events—all while creating a world‑class candidate experience. This role is high‑impact: you’ll be instrumental in shaping Proton’s growth and talent foundation.

What You’ll Do

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for critical roles across Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Operations.
• Partner with leadership to forecast hiring needs and create strategic hiring plans aligned to growth.
• Manage Proton’s overall recruiting strategy, including employer branding, recruiting events, and leveraging diverse sourcing methods to proactively attract top talent.
• Build and maintain a warm network of candidates, keeping an active pipeline of qualified talent engaged for current and future hiring needs.
• Manage and optimize Greenhouse ATS, ensuring accurate data, reporting, and efficient workflows.
• Continuously improve recruiting processes and candidate experience with data‑driven best practices.
• Serve as a trusted partner to leadership on talent market insights, compensation benchmarking, and scaling strategies.
• Track and report key recruiting metrics to leadership, using data to inform decision‑making.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: 80k base + 30k variable, $110,000 OTE
