Responsibilities

• Develops and implements lesson plans and activities for youth sports, enrichment, therapeutic recreation, and other programs.
• Designs inclusive programming with accessible plans and one-on-one support as needed.
• Leads and supervises assistant coaches, volunteers, and staff; schedules events and practices.
• Performs safety checks and ensures proper setup and cleanup for activities.
