Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years related experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Process complex adjustments, handling overpayments and underpayments from multiple departments.
• Coordinate and mentor team members within the Claims Department.
• Facilitate clinical high-dollar audits with vendors and support CORE adjudication workflows.

Processes adjustment requests through e-mails, a report, or through the CORE claim adjudication system. The Senior Recovery Analyst I facilitates clinical high dollar audits with vendors.
