Job summary
Nestlé Nutrition & Health is seeking a Senior Quality Specialist to ensure quality by design across our global product portfolio. You will provide microbiological safety expertise and guide cross-functional teams from development to manufacturing, delivering first-time quality.
In this role you will develop and maintain HACCP, pQMS, and category specifications, train teams on Nestlé standards and GMPs, and support site compliance and digital quality initiatives. Visa sponsorship not available.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related science field.
- Minimum 5–7 years in food quality, R&D, or manufacturing.
- Experience with quality by design and microbiology.
- ISO 9001 or FSSC 22000 familiarity preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead microbiological safety requirements and risk assessments for the category.
- Develop and maintain HACCP, pQMS, and site specs for new products/technologies; support factories.
- Provide training on Nestlé Standards, GMPs, and quality practices to operations and project teams.
- Ensure compliance with Nestlé Standards and regulatory requirements across sites.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to drive quality by design.
