Job summary

Cencora in Roanoke, TX is seeking a Senior Receiving Warehouse Operator for a full-time day shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM). You will support inbound and outbound warehouse activities, prepare shipments, and maintain inventory accuracy in a fast-paced distribution environment.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in warehouse operations, a High School Diploma or GED (associate degree preferred), and knowledge of receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, or related field.
• CSCP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse activities to ensure accurate product movement and order fulfillment.
• Prepare shipments, packing materials, and staging areas to meet handling requirements and dispatch timelines.
• Reconcile inventory discrepancies, stock movements, and transaction variances to preserve inventory integrity.
• Monitor stock levels, storage conditions, and workflow status to identify replenishment needs and service risks.
• Investigate damaged shipments, handling issues, and process exceptions to determine causes and resolution.
• Document shipment status, inventory updates, and operational exceptions for warehouse visibility.
