Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience as a Flight Software Engineer.
• Strong C or C++ in performance-critical, real-time systems.
• Experience with real-time or near-real-time software.
• Experience with Guidance/navigation/control systems teams.
• Linux-based embedded platforms; hardware bring-up and debugging.
• Comfortable reading datasheets, debugging buses, and instrumenting systems in flight tests.

Responsibilities

• Real-time flight software architecture for autonomous systems.
• Integration of guidance/navigation/control with onboard sensors.
• Interfaces with IMUs, GPS, seekers, and actuation systems.
• High-reliability communication between processors (CAN, UART, Ethernet).
• Hardware-in-the-loop (HITL) and software-in-the-loop (SITL) testing infrastructure.
• Telemetry, logging, and system health monitoring.
• Flight test support and debugging across heterogeneous compute environments.
