Responsibilities

• Provide real time, verbatim court reporting services through stenographic shorthand for trials, hearings, and conferences.
• Manage and maintain records; prioritize transcript production; prepare required reports per directives.
• Ensure backup of notes, drafts, and transcripts; maintain dictionaries and CAT software files.
• Assist team members; attend weekly meetings; support multiple hearings or trials as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
