Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead case strategy and mentor a litigation team.
• Draft motions, prepare discovery, and take depositions.
• Direct and review the work product of paralegals and clerks.
• Represent clients in court with confidence and poise.
• Negotiate settlements aligned with client interests.
• Manage calendar and ensure timely progression of cases.
