D3 Legal Search, LLC in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Real Estate Transactions Paralegal for a prominent LA-based full‑service law practice. This role supports complex commercial real estate, financing, and corporate transactions from due diligence through closing and post‑closing matters.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of transactional paralegal experience, a Bachelor’s degree and paralegal certificate, and strong knowledge of title, survey review, and UCC filings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and Paralegal Certificate required.
• 5+ years of transactional paralegal experience in real estate.
• Experience supporting complex commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions and financings.
• Strong knowledge of title and survey review, UCC filings and related documents.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, financings, closings and related matters.
• Conduct and coordinate title and survey due diligence nationwide.
• Review title commitments, title policies, surveys, and related materials.
• Prepare closing binders, closing checklists, and ancillary transaction documents.
• Prepare and file UCC-1 and other financing statements; coordinate with transaction parties.
• Assist with post-closing matters, including recording and filing transaction records.
• Draft corporate resolutions, organizational documents and formation filings.
• Maintain corporate records and manage due diligence review and timelines.
