Qualifications include a CPA or JD/LLM/EA, a bachelor’s degree, and at least five years in public accounting tax with REIT/real estate experience. Senior Manager requires eight years in tax management.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum five years as a tax manager in public accounting with real estate focus.
• Partnership tax experience in real estate and real estate private equity funds.
• Bachelor’s degree; CPA, JD/LLM or EA; must obtain approved designation within 1 year.
• Proficiency in REITs, partnerships and flow-through taxation.
• Strong skills in reviewing 1120-REIT and 1065 returns and allocations.
• Excellent research, writing skills and knowledge of ASC 740.
• Strong verbal and written communication; able to manage multiple client engagements.
• Senior Manager: minimum eight years’ experience as tax manager in public accounting.

• Work as part of a cross-functional account team that may cross audit, tax and advisory; lead tax professionals and staff.
• Oversee financial performance including billing, collections and project budgets.
• Advise clients and be responsible for delivering high quality tax service and guidance.
• Participate in market and business activities supporting High Growth Sectors.
