Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years in Real Estate sourcing with demonstrated sourcing and negotiation experience with major Services Suppliers
Ability to perform contract drafting and negotiations with limited additional legal support
Demonstrated experience in identifying savings and cost reduction opportunities in contract negotiations, and developing and leading negotiating strategies

Responsibilities

Lead strategic sourcing initiatives across Real Estate, Facilities Management, MRO, Construction, and related Corporate Services
Serve as a strategic partner to senior business stakeholders
Engage regularly with senior leaders to understand evolving business strategies and investment plans
Translate needs into forward-looking sourcing approaches guiding stakeholders to optimal outcomes
Draft, refine, and negotiate SOWs, MSAs, and commercial terms with risk considerations
Partner with Legal, Risk, and Finance to ensure compliance and commercial soundness
Provide reporting on project status, savings delivery, and value realization
