IFF is seeking a Senior Real Estate Project Manager in Indianapolis, IN to lead client-driven facility projects and support RES leadership. This full-time exempt role reports to the Director of Real Estate Solutions and requires strong communication, analysis, and project management skills.

The position supports in-office work Tue/Wed and work-from-home Mon, Thu, Fri, offering a hybrid arrangement with a focus on nonprofit real estate solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• At least five years of experience in applicable fields.
• Direct experience with real estate development projects.
• Knowledge of nonprofit operations, governance, and financial management.
• Ability to travel locally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Plans, manages, and executes real estate consulting or development projects as project team lead.
• Coordinates project management activities with clients and RES staff.
• Develops and analyzes client facility space needs, budgets, and occupancy costs.
• Coordinates due diligence, hiring architects and contractors, and securing estimates.
• Prepares reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders.
