The selected attorney will manage litigation matters from intake through appeal, handle complex real estate disputes, draft key legal documents, and drive business development efforts.

Qualifications

• JD required and active California State Bar membership.
• Minimum 4 years of dedicated experience in California real estate litigation.
• Experience working remotely and autonomously is highly valued.
