Law Firms in Irvine is seeking an experienced Attorney to join our real estate litigation team in a hybrid work environment. The selected candidate will manage a busy caseload, including real estate, foreclosure, land use, and property disputes, from inception through resolution.

The ideal candidate holds a J.D. from an accredited law school, is an active member of the California Bar, and has 5+ years of relevant experience. Strong writing, trial readiness, and client relations are essential.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active CA Bar in good standing.
• 5+ years of real estate litigation or transactional experience preferred.
• Experience in real estate litigation, foreclosure, land use, or property disputes is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle all phases of litigation, including case evaluation, pleadings, discovery, motion practice, mediation, and trial preparation.
• Represent clients in state and federal court proceedings, depositions, hearings, arbitrations, and mediations.
• Draft motions, pleadings, discovery requests and responses, settlement agreements, and legal memoranda.
• Conduct legal research and analyze complex real estate and foreclosure-related issues.
• Advise clients regarding litigation strategy, risk assessment, and case developments.
• Manage deadlines and ensure compliance with court rules and procedural requirements.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to achieve favorable client outcomes.
• Participate in business development and client relationship management initiatives.
