The ideal candidate will have a strong academic record, 2+ years of complex litigation experience, and a proven ability to mentor junior lawyers while delivering strategic solutions for clients.

Qualifications

• J.D. from a top 50 U.S. law school or AM200 strongly preferred.
• 2+ years of complex litigation experience.
• Strong background in commercial litigation, intellectual property litigation, business disputes, or class actions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage sophisticated commercial litigation matters from inception through trial and appeal
• Draft and argue substantive motions, including dispositive motions and complex discovery disputes
• Conduct and defend depositions, oversee discovery strategy, and manage case development
• Handle court appearances, mediations, arbitrations, and trial preparation
• Collaborate closely with partners and clients on litigation strategy and case management
• Mentor junior associates and contribute to team development
• Maintain strong client relationships while delivering strategic and business-focused legal solutions
