gpac represents a growing Milwaukee real estate law firm seeking an experienced litigation attorney for its active litigation group. You will handle real property matters such as enforcement of property restrictions, contract disputes, and construction defects.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of relevant litigation experience, Wisconsin admission, and comfort with public speaking and client contact. Excellent communication and a strong work ethic are required to manage a diverse caseload.

Qualifications

• Must be admitted to practice law in Wisconsin.
• 5+ years of relevant litigation experience in real estate, corporate, or contract law.
• Demonstrated dedication and strong work ethic in prior roles.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft operating systems and other professional software.

Responsibilities

• Handle enforcement of property restrictions, contract disputes, construction defects, and other real property litigation matters.
• Maintain significant client contact and participate in public speaking.
• Manage a diverse caseload and coordinate with internal teams.
• Prepare and deliver pleadings, motions, and hearings; oversee discovery and trial preparation.
