Job summary

Prologis seeks an Investment Manager to join the Capital Deployment team in the Phoenix area. You will support acquisitions, redevelopment, and development activities with market analysis, underwriting, and financial modeling to drive investment decisions.

Ideal candidates have strong experience in real estate finance, knowledge of NPV/IRR/cap rates, and the ability to prepare concise memos for senior leadership. Travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in real estate finance, equity structures, and valuation concepts

Responsibilities

• Source and execute capital deployment opportunities including land acquisitions and redevelopments
• Coordinate with Development, Entitlement, Leasing teams to support deal flow
• Lead market analysis and present investment opportunities to senior management
• Conduct macroeconomic research and prepare materials informing investment strategy
• Lead underwriting, feasibility analysis, and financial modeling using DCF, pro forma, Argus, and Excel
• Prepare investment memos and presentations for the Investment Committee
• Support quarterly reporting on land bank, pipeline, and new opportunities
