The ideal candidate has a strong accounting foundation, 2–4 years of experience, and a drive to grow within real estate finance and analytics. Compensation includes base salary and bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field is required.
• 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience; real estate experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting; partnership tax exposure is a plus.
• Experience preparing and reviewing financial statements and schedules.
• Advanced Excel; Power BI or similar reporting tools preferred.
• CPA or CPA candidate is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support quarterly and annual financial reporting for multiple private real estate investment funds.
• Coordinate with joint venture partners to review property financials and liquidity.
• Coordinate audit support with external auditors and review workpapers.
• Support the fund administrator with accounting, reporting, and investor deliverables.
• Assist with tax reporting by reviewing partnership returns and Schedule K‑1s.
• Assist treasury activities including wire transfers and liquidity forecasting.
• Collaborate with Asset Management, Acquisitions, and Investor Relations.
• Identify opportunities to automate accounting and reporting processes.
• Assist with ad hoc projects and initiatives.
