The role entails managing full-cycle month-end close processes, overseeing accounting workflows, and supporting financial reporting. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, with at least 5 years of accounting experience, ideally within real estate. This position offers exposure to various aspects of real estate investment in a dynamic environment that values collaboration and personal growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting experience; real estate experience strongly preferred.
• Experienced in financial statement preparation.
• Proven ability to conduct detailed balance sheet reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle month-end close processes including journal entries.
• Manage Yardi workflows including invoice processing.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses and provide financial insights.

Skills

Proficiency in month-end close procedures

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

Experience with Yardi software

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
