Job summary

WinnCompanies is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join the Fresno Regional Office. The role oversees monthly financial preparation and reporting for multi-family housing entities, including budgets, strategic analyses, and special projects. Salary ranges from $85,000 to $97,500 annually.

The position may supervise Financial Analysts, set priorities, and drive reporting standards while coordinating with asset owners and management. Strong Excel and Real Page proficiency preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 1–3 years’ experience in Finance or Accounting in real estate or property management.
• 1–3 years’ supervisory experience leading a team of Financial Analysts.
• Strong MS Office skills including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to communicate clearly, verbally and in writing, with internal and external customers.
• Ability to set priorities and manage a team independently.
• A current driver's license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Support financial planning, budgeting, re-forecasting, data management and reporting.
• Analyze variances and trends, comparing actual results to plans and forecasts, and advise management.
• Oversee AR, AP, GL review, Rent Roll management and reserve activity.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure data integrity and quality reporting.
• Present key findings to executives and clients; provide recommendations.
• Handle ad hoc analyses and new business development needs.
• Lead/train a small team of Financial Analysts and standardize reporting practices.
• Provide training to site and corporate staff on financial topics.
