Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in real estate valuation, underwriting, and/or financial analysis.
• Strong financial modeling skills with accuracy in reporting.
• Experience with budgeting and forecasting tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial analysis and modeling, including NPV and NOI analyses.
• Support leasing and deal structuring with financial storytelling.
• Assist with asset reviews and annual budgeting processes.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
