• At least 6-8 years of commercial litigation experience, including motion practice, discovery (including e-discovery),depositions and courtroom experience.
• NY bar admission required.
• Experience in commercial foreclosure, receiverships and guarantor enforcement litigation practice.
• Strong research and writing skills, including the ability to draft motions and adhere to proper NY citation formatting.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong academic credentials.
