Arnold & Porter’s Real Estate Practice Group is seeking a mid-level to senior associate (JD 2023–2017+) for its New York office. Qualified applicants must have 3+ years of experience handling lender or borrower side mortgage and mezzanine financings, real estate acquisitions and dispositions, and joint ventures.

The successful candidate will work with clients and partners on complex transactions, requiring strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills and exceptional business

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience handling real estate transactions including lender/borrower mortgage and mezzanine financings.
• Experience with real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and joint ventures.
• Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills; client-facing experience.
