Qualifications

• 6+ years of real estate development experience.
• Experience drafting and amending declarations, bylaws, CC&Rs, and other governing documents.
• Florida Bar membership and active practice in Florida.
• Ability to collaborate with land use, zoning, and construction teams.

Responsibilities

• Advise developers through the lifecycle of residential and mixed-use projects.
• Draft and amend declarations, bylaws, covenants, CC&Rs, articles of incorporation, and related documents.
• Collaborate with land use, zoning, real estate, and construction attorneys on community development matters.
