Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Master's degree or CPA/CMA preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in a senior accounting role, preferably in construction.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in managing and maintaining a general ledger.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proactive problem solver with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial aspects of construction projects, ensuring budget adherence and high standards.
• Prepare and present monthly financial reports detailing costs, profitability, and forecasts.
• Maintain the general ledger, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with project managers to develop budgets and financial plans.
• Analyze data and recommend improvements for profitability and cost-efficiency.
• Ensure financial operations comply with federal and state regulations and policies.
• Provide financial guidance to management for strategic planning.
• Assist in year-end accounts preparation and statutory accounts.
• Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits.
