Job summary

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of substantive commercial real estate experience in a Big Law or AmLaw 200 firm.
• Strong drafting and negotiating skills for development, leasing and joint venture agreements.
• Ability to assess contractual obligations and risk for complex transactions.

Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate and manage a broad range of real estate transactions including acquisitions and dispositions, development, leasing, financing and joint ventures.
• Advise senior professionals and oversee outside counsel on deal strategy and risk allocation.
• Support the business with practical legal guidance aligned to investments and portfolio management.
