Ramsey Solutions, located just outside Nashville in Franklin, TN, is seeking a seasoned RamseyTrusted relationship manager on-site with relocation assistance and flexible schedules. You’ll mentor real estate pros, coach through calls, masterminds, and referrals, while keeping every detail current in the CRM.

You should have 4+ years in relationship or account management with B2B/B2C clients and project a polished presence on calls, emails, or meetings.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in relationship or account management with B2B or B2C clients.
• Professional, polished presence in calls, emails, and meetings.
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce a plus) to track relationships.

Responsibilities

• Coach pros through calls, masterminds, and one-on-one conversations to improve referrals.
• Provide feedback quickly to help; respond/resolve issues fast.
• Build trust with pros to help them serve clients.
• Maintain updated CRM notes and records for all relationships.
