Baker Tilly US is seeking a Consulting Senior for the Construction and Real Estate Advisory practice to perform program reviews, contract cost audits, and real estate assessments across the United States.

You will lead fieldwork, advise on capital projects, and collaborate with project teams while traveling up to 25%. A strong background in construction and real estate, plus relevant certifications, is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years' progressive experience in construction management or real estate advisory.
• Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Building Science, Construction Management, Accounting, or related field; CPA/CPA variants preferred.
• Knowledge of construction phases, planning, procurement, scheduling, cost estimating, and project reporting.
• Experience in contract compliance audits and real estate portfolio management preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to produce client-facing reports.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsabilités

• Conduct construction and real estate process reviews to identify improvement opportunities.
• Assess contracts, leases, and capital project performance for compliance with terms and regulations.
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve transparency and efficiency in operations.
• Lead fieldwork: data collection, site visits, interviews, and reporting for clients.
• Collaborate with project managers, asset managers, legal counsel, clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Support lifecycle from acquisition to disposition, aligning with business objectives.
