Job summary

ColRich is seeking a Capital Markets Associate to support oversight of its investment portfolio and lead analytical, reporting, and investor-facing workflows. The role covers assigned markets, business-plan performance, liquidity, distributions, financing assumptions, valuation, and emerging risks, with responsibility for coordinating the team’s analytics and producing written materials.

Reports to the Director of Capital Markets & Investor Relations.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of real estate finance or investment analysis experience.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Strong knowledge of cash-flow forecasting, IRR and equity multiple analysis.
• Ability to translate analysis into clear written conclusions or recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead business‑plan review and investment oversight for assigned markets and investments.
• Evaluate performance, liquidity, distributions, financing, valuation, capital needs and risks.
• Translate property performance into investment conclusions with senior oversight.
• Run day‑to‑day reporting and analytics, coordinating deadlines and reviewing junior analysts' work.
• Draft investment and investor materials including updates and memos.
