Qualifications

• Ten or more years of commercial real estate experience preferred.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Excellent analytical, writing, and legal research skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent institutional landlords and tenants in complex commercial leasing transactions across asset classes.
• Advise clients on large leasing portfolios and multi-property asset strategies.
• Lead transactions involving acquisition, disposition, financing, and development of real estate assets.
• Draft and negotiate ground leases, easements, development agreements, and construction contracts.
• Collaborate on public-private partnership (P3) and community-focused development projects.
• Provide strategic counsel on complex projects with regulatory and stakeholder coordination.
• Support infrastructure, civic, and mixed-use developments involving public and private funding.
