The successful candidate will handle complex real estate matters, manage due diligence and closings, and contribute to a growing practice supported by a strong incentive program.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in real estate transactions as a licensed attorney.
• Experience with purchase and sale, financing, leasing, title and survey review.
• Effective negotiations experience in complex real estate transactions.
• Strong drafting experience of purchase and sales agreements for complex CRE deals.
• Solid legal writing skills, analytical thinking and relationship-building.
• Excellent communication and writing skills, attention to detail and professional credentials.

Responsibilities

• Handle heavy deal volume within the corporate and real estate teams.
• Manage real estate due diligence for sale and purchase and financing transactions.
• Manage complex closings of real estate sale and purchase deals.
