LHH Recruitment Solutions, partnering with a growing real estate investment platform, seeks an Asset/Sr. Asset Manager (DOE) to support portfolio performance analysis, financial modeling, forecasting, business plan execution, and investment decision support across a multifamily portfolio.

This role offers visibility with senior leadership and the opportunity to influence investment performance within a dynamic platform that emphasizes entrepreneurial and collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• Financial modeling and forecasting experience.
• Would also look at Commercial real estate, acquisitions, underwriting, asset management, valuation, investment analysis, FP&A, or similar analytical experience preferred.
• Strong quantitative and analytical abilities.
