Fusion Academy is seeking a Senior Real Estate Administrator in Grand Rapids who will manage lease administration and support construction efforts. The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree and relevant experience, with outstanding organizational and communication skills. Role Overview
The Senior Real Estate Administrator, based in Grand Rapids MI, is responsible for overseeing and managing the details of lease administration and landlord relations, while also providing support to the construction and installation teams. This role ensures efficient lease management, coordinates construction administration, and supports the FFE procurement process. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in lease administration, strong knowledge of construction processes, and excellent organizational skills.
Annual Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000
Role Type: Full time exempt. Hybrid: Minimum two days M-F in-person at Fusion Office in downtown Grand Rapids.
Reports to: The role will report directly to the VP New School Development. Key function will be all administrative work related to leases, estoppels, renewals, new schools, zoning documentation and TIA administration.
The Senior Real Estate Administrator will focus on three primary areas day to day:
Lease Administration
Track and Manage Paperwork for Tenant Improvement Allowances and Construction Documentation
Support Furniture Fixtures and Equipment Procurement
