The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of accounting experience, preferably in real estate, and strong analytical and communication skills. Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of Accounting Experience, preferably in Real estate/Property management.
• Excellent analytical, mathematical and communication (verbal and written) skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete month-end closings and produce financial reports.
• Prepare, reconcile and analyze general ledger accounts.
• Collaborate with external Auditors and Tax Accountant for year-end activities.
