Job summary

Machine Learning Technologies, LLC, based in Chicago, seeks a senior frontend engineer to build and maintain web applications with React.js and Next.js. You will create reusable UI components, integrate with RESTful APIs and backend services, and partner with UX designers to deliver accessible, high-performance interfaces.

You will own code quality, participate in reviews, and mentor junior developers while aligning with Agile processes and deployment practices.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software development with frontend focus.
• 5+ years hands-on React.js experience.
• Strong Next.js and modern frontend frameworks knowledge.
• Hands-on with Redux, Context API, or Zustand for state management.
• Experience integrating REST and GraphQL services.
• Understanding microservices and event-driven architectures.
• Frontend testing with Jest, RTL, or Cypress.
• Familiar with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Azure deployments.
• Strong debugging, performance optimization, and problem-solving skills.
