Qualifications

• 10+ years frontend development experience.
• 5+ years with React.js and frontend architecture.
• Experience leading UI architecture initiatives.
• Azure cloud and DevOps experience.
• Agile development experience.
• Proficient in TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.
• Experience with Material UI, Styled Components, Webpack, Storybook.
• Expertise in state management (Redux, Zustand, Context API).
• Experience building enterprise component libraries and design systems.
• Strong performance optimization and handling large dashboards.
• Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG) and security best practices.
• Experience with Jest and React Testing Library; REST API integration.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Docker.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of UI components using React.js.
• Define and maintain frontend standards, best practices, and coding guidelines.
• Drive reusable component libraries and design systems adoption.
• Architect scalable UI solutions for enterprise applications.
• Optimize frontend apps for performance, scalability, and responsiveness.
• Lead responsive design and cross-browser compatibility initiatives.
• Collaborate with backend and UX teams; conduct reviews to maintain quality.
• Mentor developers and provide technical guidance on frontend implementation.
