Job summary

ReqRoute,Inc is seeking a Sr Java Developer in Charlotte, NC for a hybrid role (3 days per week). The role demands 12+ years of experience, strong UI skills with React/Next.js, and backend API work with Python/FastAPI.

You will design PostgreSQL databases, implement AWS infrastructure (IAM, networking), and drive IaC with Terraform and CI/CD. Claude AI tools will accelerate development while ensuring governance.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in React and Next.js to build responsive, accessible user interfaces.
• Proficiency in Python and FastAPI for developing secure APIs and integrating AWS services.
• Experience designing and managing PostgreSQL databases, including data modeling and performance optimization.
• Hands-on experience with AWS architecture, security, IAM, networking, deployment, and monitoring.
• Proficiency with Terraform and CI/CD practices for repeatable, automated cloud deployments.
• Ability to leverage Claude AI tools to accelerate UI development while maintaining security and governance.
