Job summary

HP is seeking a Senior React Native Mobile and Full Stack Developer to design, build, and maintain secure, scalable mobile apps for iOS and Android, and cloud-backed APIs. You will drive architecture, mentor engineers, and deliver reliable, high-performance experiences across the full stack.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with OAuth2, PKCE, JWT, offline-first data sync, and cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS, plus RESTful APIs and real-time services.

Qualifications

• Experience building production-ready cross-platform mobile apps with React Native.
• Strong backend/cloud development with C#, Java, Python, or Go.
• Expertise in authentication, secure storage, offline-first architecture, data synchronization, push notifications, GPS/location services, and mobile security.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable cross-platform mobile applications for iOS and Android using React Native.
• Develop backend APIs, cloud services, and supporting infrastructure powering mobile apps.
• Build reusable, scalable architectures following modern software engineering practices.
• Implement secure authentication/authorization (OAuth 2.0, OIDC, PKCE, JWT) and secure sessions.
• Develop offline-first features, data synchronization, and push notifications.
• Create RESTful APIs and real-time services (WebSockets/SignalR) with C#, Java, Python, or Go.
• Build cloud-native solutions on Azure or AWS with serverless, storage, messaging, APIs.
• Collaborate with Product, UX, Backend, Security, QA, and DevOps for end-to-end solutions.
• Improve performance, startup time, memory usage, battery, network efficiency.
• Write clean, well-documented code; participate in reviews and CI/CD pipelines.
• Mentor junior/mid engineers and promote engineering best practices.
