3Pillar Global is seeking a accomplished senior software engineer to shape transformative solutions for diverse industries. You will lead client projects, architect scalable systems, and collaborate with a global team across engineering, design, and management to deliver high-quality software.

The role emphasizes Agile practices, strong React Native/TypeScript skills, and experience with AI-driven frameworks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Agile software development.
• Expertise in applying Object-Oriented Programming principles (abstraction, encapsulation).
• Deep experience with React Native and Expo.
• Strong TypeScript experience.
• Experience with React on web surfaces (Vite, Apollo Client).
• Familiarity with offline-first patterns and local persistence strategies.
• Experience with native modules and platform bridges.
• Experience or strong familiarity with AI-driven frameworks and evaluating AI outputs.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate effective communication with client project stakeholders regarding project status and recommendations.
• Craft client code that is efficient, testable, scalable, secure, and of high quality.
• Participate in accurate planning and estimation using project methods and tools.
• Gather requirements and organize/present developed features for clients.
• Execute complex activities within established methodology and quality standards across engagements.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and managers to understand user pain points and iterate on solutions.
• Engage in agile development, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Mentor others through Communities of Practice and support growth of technical capabilities.
• Drive project delivery autonomously from concept to deployment within defined architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate effective communication with client project stakeholders regarding project status and recommendations.
• Craft client code that is not just efficient but also performant, testable, scalable, secure, and of the highest quality.
• Actively participate in accurate planning and estimation efforts, utilizing project methods and tools.
• Proficiently gather requirements and organize/present developed features for clients.
• Execute complex activities within the current methodology and quality standards, showcasing success across diverse engagements.
• Promote client success across the team by collaborating with engineers, designers, and managers to understand user pain points, anticipate potential problems, and iterate on solutions that drive client success.
• Engage in agile software development, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, team retrospectives, and other governance activities.
• Actively participate in the Engineering Practice community, mentoring others through Communities of Practice (CoPs) or on project teams and supporting the growth of technical capabilities.
• Independently drive project delivery within defined architecture, demonstrating autonomy and accountability in all stages from conceptualization to deployment.

Minimum Qualifications

• A minimum of 5+ years of experience/expertise in the following areas specified below*:
  • Experience in Agile software development methodologies.
  • Expertise in applying Object-Oriented Programming principles (abstraction, encapsulation).
  • React Native and Expo at depth
  • TypeScript
  • React for the web surfaces (Vite, Apollo client)
  • Offline-first patterns: local persistence, sync queues, conflict handling.
  • Native module and platform-bridge familiarity
• Experience in Agile software development methodologies.
• From an AI perspective, We are looking for more than developers who have simply used Claude. Ideally, someone who has practical experience building or working with AI-driven frameworks, understand how to evaluate and improve AI-generated outputs, and can effectively shape and evolve the underlying framework as the project matures. We n eed engineers who understand both the opportunities and limitations of AI-assisted development is especially important.
• Proficiency in the English language.
