Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Senior React Native Engineer to design, build, and ship production-grade RN features within the Client mobile app. You will collaborate with iOS/Android teams to surface optimal flows and help transition experiences from native to hybrid when it makes sense.

You will translate Figma designs into polished, performant interfaces, own features with minimal guidance, and contribute to a scalable mobile architecture in a high-visibility client program.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of React Native experience.
• Experience using AI tools Claude, Git Copilot, Cursor, or similar.
• Senior-level, hands-on RN development in production environments.
• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript proficiency.
• Solid mobile app architecture, lifecycle, testing, release, and production support.
• Experience working with native iOS/Android teams in shared mobile environments.
• Ability to own features with minimal direction and communicate well across teams.
• Must be based in the U.S. and overlap with core team time zones.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and ship production-grade React Native features.
• Collaborate with iOS/Android teams to identify RN implementation opportunities.
• Help transition selected mobile experiences from native to hybrid architecture.
• Translate Figma designs into pixel-accurate, performant interfaces.
• Work with stakeholders to ensure high-quality mobile experiences aligned with goals.
• Operate as a senior individual contributor with minimal oversight.
• Drive clean code practices, scalable component design, and maintainable architecture.
• Troubleshoot issues across the React Native stack and broader mobile ecosystem.
• Contribute to delivery acceleration using in-house tools where appropriate.
