Concentrix in Frisco, TX is seeking a senior, hands-on React Native Engineer to build and maintain mobile flows within the Client application. You will collaborate with native iOS and Android teams to deliver production-ready experiences and help drive the transition to hybrid mobile development where it makes sense.

This is a senior IC role with ownership, strong coding practices, and a focus on delivering high-quality UI, performance, and maintainable architecture.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of React Native experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and ship production-grade React Native features within the Client mobile application.
• Partner with native iOS and Android teams to identify flows for React Native implementation.
• Help manage and support the transition of mobile experiences from native to hybrid architecture.
• Translate Figma designs into pixel-accurate, performant interfaces.
• Collaborate across engineering and product stakeholders for high-quality mobile experiences.
• Operate as a senior individual contributor with minimal oversight.
• Drive clean code practices, scalable component design, and maintainable architecture.
• Troubleshoot issues across the React Native stack within a broader native ecosystem.
• Contribute to delivery acceleration using in-house coding agents and tools.
