BCforward seeks a Senior React Native Cross-Platform Mobile Developer (iOS & Android) to design, build, and maintain enterprise-grade mobile apps. You will implement secure, scalable React Native solutions with native iOS/Android integrations, authentication, offline synchronization, push notifications, and robust app architecture.

The role requires strong leadership, collaboration with Product/UX/Backend teams, and a focus on performance optimization, secure storage, and efficient release

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software development with 5+ years in production React Native apps.
• App Store/Google Play deployment experience and release management.
• Strong knowledge of iOS/Android lifecycles, background processing, and native integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade React Native apps for iOS and Android.
• Build scalable architectures with strong code quality and documentation.
• Integrate REST/GraphQL APIs and real-time services.
• Collaborate with Product, UX, Backend, Security, and QA in Agile processes.
• Optimize performance, memory usage, and battery consumption.
• Implement authentication, secure storage, and platform permissions.
• Offline-first synchronization, conflict resolution, and retry strategies.
• Deliver push notifications, background processing, and location services.
• Troubleshoot production issues, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior developers.
