Job summary

Intone Inc. is seeking a Senior React JS Developer for a 6-month contract, remote within the United States. You will design, develop, and test applications using React JS technologies, covering the full lifecycle from development through QA to production.

You will gain understanding of system infrastructure, security, and development methodologies while focusing on React programming, integrating designs into code, and optimizing components for cross-browser, cross-device functionality.

Qualifications

• 16 years of enterprise web development experience
• 3 years of React-UI framework (React.js) experience
• 3 years of ReactJS, RxJS, NodeJS, and ES6/ES5 experience
• 3 years of Redux architecture experience
• 3 years of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Angular 2.0 experience
• 3 years of React Native components experience
• 3 years of JSX experience
• 3 years of REST APIs experience
• 3 years of JSON and XML experience
• 3 years translating wireframes and designs for development
• 3 years of CSS libraries, Sigma, and Adobe XD
• 3 years of ReactJS workflows including Flux, Redux, Create React App
• 3 years of Git version control usage
• 3 years of Tomcat, Jetty, and Undertow application servers
• 3 years of Linux working environments
• 3 years of RedHat OpenShift container-based development and deployment
• 3 years of CI/CD knowledge

Responsibilities

• Write clean, scalable code using ReactJS and JavaScript
• Integrate designs and wireframes into application code
• Develop responsive, web-based UI and supporting components
• Refactor, debug, and improve existing software and applications
• Develop, test, and deploy applications and systems
• Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture
• Ensure architectures are up-to-date with enterprise standards
• Develop documentation throughout the development lifecycle
• Provide technical support and consultative expertise to team members
• Proactively monitor and report on performance of technologies
• Troubleshoot software and hardware issues and failures
• Manage problem tickets and escalations

You will design, develop, and test applications using React JS technologies, working across the full development lifecycle from development through QA to production. You will gain understanding of system infrastructure, security requirements, network considerations, and development methodologies while focusing on React programming, integrating designs into application code, and optimizing components for cross-browser and cross-device functionality.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot software and hardware issues and failures
• Manage problem tickets, escalations, and out-of-cycle requests from systems and software owners
• Identify and communicate broader, complex issues across multiple integrated technologies
• Identify best practices and standards for product use
• Deliver support and design for industry-specific applications requiring integration with statewide systems
• Interact with executive-level business users and technical experts
• May coordinate activities of application developers and function as a technical subject matter expert

  • 3 years of experience translating wireframes and designs for development
  • 3 years of experience with CSS libraries, Sigma, and Adobe XD
  • 3 years of experience with ReactJS workflows including Flux, Redux, Create React App, and data structure libraries
  • 3 years of experience with GIT version control repository
  • 3 years of experience with Tomcat, Jetty, and Undertow application servers
