Job summary

Dreamcatch Labs is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to lead client-facing web apps, leveraging React.js, HTML, and CSS. You will collaborate with backend engineers, product managers, and designers to translate ideas into robust, scalable UI features.

You will own frontend architecture, implement best practices, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior developers. Remote-friendly with a mix of on-site in the Atlanta area to support in-person collaboration.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of frontend development experience.
• Expertise in React.js and core concepts.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and responsive design.
• Experience with Redux state management.
• Familiarity with Git and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with GraphQL and backend integration.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain high-performance, reusable code.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ship features.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and contribute ideas for performance improvements.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor team members.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues and perform performance optimizations.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote frontend best practices.
