Your Role And Responsibilities

We are looking for a Senior level Software Engineer who is passionate about building great user experiences to make the complex business of cloud monitoring easy. Responsibilities of the roles include:

• Collaborating with cross-functional development squads, including designers and product managers, to create seamless user interactions.
• Writing the code implementations of these interactions, and actively communicating progress throughout the development cycle.
• Contributing to core libraries so that we don't do the same work over and over again.
• Thinking through the edge cases and implications of different models of deployment and product configuration, and building a test plan for your work that includes unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
  
  

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• An ownership mentality and drive to make a great product.
• Familiarity with React & Typescript.
• Experience building web UIs using reactive-style component frameworks.
• Proficiency in version control systems like git.
• A B.S in computer science or equivalent practical experience
  
  

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

• Extensive experience building SPAs with Typescript/React.
• Experience with micro-frontend frameworks like Piral.
• Knowledge of the cloud monitoring / FinOps ecosystems, especially Kubernetes.
• A provable record of high-quality work: FOSS contributions, portfolio work, etc.
