Qualifications

5–8+ years of professional software engineering experience with a strong focus on frontend technologies.
React.js (Strongly Preferred): React 18+, Hooks, Context API, Redux/Zustand.
JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript; HTML5, CSS3, and modern CSS tooling.
SPA/Micro-Frontend architectures; SSR/Static Generation; responsive design.
Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or Playwright for tests.
Build tools: Webpack, Vite; Version control: Git.
Web performance, accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA); cross-browser compatibility.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization basics (Docker), and static analysis.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain enterprise web applications using React/TS.
Implement robust state management and data integration with APIs.
Create scalable UI components and design systems following WCAG standards.
Diagnose performance bottlenecks and optimize Core Web Vitals and bundle sizes.
Develop unit/integration/e2e tests (Jest, RTL, Cypress/Playwright).
Collaborate with stakeholders, mentor junior developers, and enforce coding standards.
